There was a show on the Travel Channel called EcoLuxe that I was totally hooked on for a while. It didn't run that long, but it was great. Jayms Ramirez was the host. He's an amazing photographer and travel guide. His blog can be found here. The show focused on sustainable vacations in beautiful places. It was really cool and it made me think about the way we take vacations.

I found this article this morning on The Daily Green about the 10 most Romantic Ecotourism Destinations. It's an interesting read and shows you that you can have a luxurious vacation without using up all kinds of energy and resources.
