thanks for the informative slideshow melissa. I will keep those tips in mind when I'm buying produce. Sometimes I skimp because organic is "expensive." Now at least I'm more educated on which items are best to organic on.

Melissa, we are slowly trying to move toward buying organic. The benefits do outweigh the cost. I think we are about one- eighth of the way there.
