CheeCha Potato Puffs - Review and Giveaway!

These did NOT last long at my house. In fact, I didn't even wait for the Mister to take pictures for me of the package contents before I ripped into the Luscious Lime flavor. YUM!!!

Here's why CheeCha Potato Puffs are awesome:

  • You can have two cups of them for only 82 calories.
  • They're flavored perfectly... not overwhelming, but not too subtle.

  • Awesome level of crunch. They're light and airy without being non-existent.

  • Not greasy - at all.

  • They're low in fat.

  • You can read and recognize the ingredients.

  • All the flavors sent to me were gluten free.

  • You can have two cups of them for only 82 calories. !!!

Listen, I like a potato chip as much as the next gal, but it's always been more about sweets for me. I do, however like to have a little crunch with a sandwich. In fact, I can't eat a tuna sandwich without something crunchy in it... like a chip or a CheeCha puff. And I like to take something with me if we're going to be in the car for a long period of time. These are perfect for those occasions. The Mister, on the other hand, loves his salty, crunchy snacks and swooned over the Sea Salt and Vinegar flavor.

Here's the info, from the CheeCha website:

"All CheeCha Puffs begin with wholesome potato flour and potato starch. They are air puffed to keep the natural potato flavour, then lightly misted with sunflower oil and sprinkled with the finest seasonings."

CheeCha is based in Canada, but is available in the US. Probably the easiest place to find them would be Amazon.com .
